1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"), we inform you that the personal data and other information you provide us when filling out any electronic form available in the Portal ("Data") will be incorporated into a repository of personal data owned by REN. The objective of the Data processing is to carry out your request. The questions included in each of the forms are optional in nature, except those marked with an asterisk (*), which are mandatory. If you do not answer the mandatory questions, REN reserves the right not to process incomplete requests.

2. COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

In order to meet your petition or request for information, your Data may have to be communicated by REN to the remaining companies integrating the REN Group. REN uses the security levels required by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulation of LOPD's development, suited to the nature of the data constantly being processed.
